21 has failed several times blood vessel case. Again field is modest. So  laying at high odds risky. Race looks open. 

31 impressive winner but now concedes weight. Can lay.

21 easy lay as concedes weight & some new comers with ability. 

31 @ 62 kgs in class VB. No choice but to lay. Tough to win.

6-10 in my opinion can Lose. 

78 with this rider who wins 1 race in 4 years. 😟

Based on the Odds these are views. If odds go up - on first favorite - probably one can decide to wager .

So used to seeing race card of 6-7 races over past few years.  Off late seeing 10 races a day at few centres.  Too tiring & taxing for all stake holders who value time 😐 but punters love to look at options to easily multiply money quickly. 

1.  Copper Sunrise is a reject from blr which last raced in July.  Since it has seen better opposition logically it has credentials if - it is not a Repair case -  Will merit a bet only at decent odds.

Spiritual Force Will be racing at low weights after the allowance for rider. A value bet.

2. Living Doll & Sparkling Night have potential to do well in this race for 2 year olds .

3. Junk race in zero class. 

Jaguar & Festive Star appeal due to expected ODDS. Foolish to bet WIN or Place on fancied runners. 

4. No Whips race. Class 4.

15 runners and none of them have even Placed in past 4 runs. So you can guess the quality of horses racing in Mysore. How to pick horses on MERIT when there is none. Obvious 3 horses will finish on board. 

5. Class 3 race. Majority have not placed in past 2 starts. Probably raced in recent past with blr based horses which were more superior or effects of DOPE lasted few weeks only. Either way tough to pick on MERIT, probably jockey declaration may help or trap punters.  Will know after race is completed.

6. Ceffina. Viva La Diva & D Jani have credentials  based on recent form files. Where they finish will depend on the Odds as usually at Mysore , low odds does not impress the Trainers & Owners.

7. No Whips race.

Quando Quando. Come Alive & Unimaginable are capable horses which may do well if intent is seen.

8. Segera  & Mogul look good on handicap in the feature event of the day , a class 1 race.

9. Horses 5 to 11 have no credentials  to even place Judging by past few runs. By default Amazing Safari & Real Show come into contention . Guess place odds will be non existent or low for comfort. Win bet can be considered based on Odds.

10. No whip race.

Ochre ,  Fun & Laughter appeal due to rider factor.

Feature event where horses 456 have no realistic chance to finish in top 2.

Zuccarelli ,  chances of losing is on higher side than winning.

Dual centre races today

 

1.  Winning Legacy. Star Fling.

Class IV race whips not entitled.  A good jump is all that is required at Madras as front runners usually tend to do well. A few horses in fray have graduated from class V. 

2. Dun It Again.  Admiral Shaw.

After Winning at longer odds in April  , Admiral Shaw has not been able to succeed again. This seems to be a week field compared to past 3 runs. 

DIA  - last run was quite forward.  Capable rider declared.

Be Calm could place at Longer Odds.

3. Diamonds & Pearls. Glorious Sunshine.

Golden Strike has been inconsistent. Hence ignored for Win.

Spectacle probably LOW odds for Win.  Risky bet as it beat nothing of note - facing experienced horses here. 

Hallucinate - Sasakwa - both are  good horses - finishing efforts have been lacking off late. One of them Can place.

4. Out station horses eligible in this class 3 race over 2000 metres. Few entries from Hyd Blr .

Wellington & Forever are capable of doing well.  Place or Each Way may yield decent returns. Shortlisted due to pedigree.

Campania has been very consistent.  Tracks are different. Avoidable if odds are low.

Robert has Winning form.  Has lost to CW earlier & has beaten Ibrahimovic . Reversal possible in both cases. 

Ibrahimovic tends to do well over longer trips. A class 4 horse but low weights may help.

Sucessful has seen better opposition races after a very long break.

Cape Wickham is in line for a Hat trick beat nothing of note earlier.

5. Race for 2 year old maidens.  Tough to pick as pedigree or jockey declaration alone does not decide the outcome.

6. Feature event of the day.

14 runners. 

Best to watch or bet small.

Mysterious Angel. Lady Cadet can be considered.

Polished Girl & Remedies of Spring are fancied runners.

Raisina  was expensive failure in prev outing. Field here looks quite inferior but at top weight best to ignore.

Aretha a reject from premier stables has raced in few classics - seen better opposition. Modest opposition here with a promising rider. 

Dancing Grace looks the best of 3 year olds . Can place.

Both centres - ahead of Christmas - the chances of those celebrating the festival doing well are high. Give & Take is fairly common across all centres. 

Blr races friday

 Long card of 10 races. Tough to find a good horse to bet at decent odds be it Win or Place.

1.  Zero class Junk race. No Whips allowed.

Not worth betting.

2. Class 4 race , 9/11 runners are aged 3 non winners, finishing distance behind in recent outings.  Only logic for punters is to pick based on jockey declarations which often fail. 

Trevor&  Anthony Raj ridden horses look good on tracks.

3. Class 4 race.  Most are inconsistent, a few placed once in past 3-4 outings.

Stunning Beauty -  Embosom seem better than rest. A win bet is highly risky considering recent form.

4. Class 4 race-  but for Southern Force rest of 3 year olds are non winners. No odds for place on fancied runners 1 & 2.  

At low odds favorite does not merit a wager. Recent tracks of most runners are pretty backward, thereby tough to decide on 3rd horse for Place.

5. 2 year old - Maidens - Debutants. - Small field.  Guess universal choices are  Julio Czar & Vivaldo.

Nothing much to add , low odds makes it less interesting to watch or bet.

6. Last 3 runs,  majority in field were Unplaced. That reflects the unpredictability, probably those ridden by junk riders earlier & now entrusted to good riders may have better chance. Katana has changed stables. 

By default - 4Wheel drive will be fancied. Ahead of Christmas a win for Trainer.

 Rest of the field one dose on race day may help in improved performance.

7. Cool Rider, The Inheritor & Eternal Princess have credentials to do well. 

8. Only 5 in fray.  Fancied runners are Evaldo & Kensinghton. 

9. Sociable , Nikolina & Czarevitch are likely to be fancied.

10. Junk race in zero class.   10 out of 11 Horses in fray were Unplaced in last 3 starts. No whip race.

Only 2-3 races are bettable - that too depends on the Odds on offer.

Emma has a fair chance having raced in some decent 3 year old races.

Rest of field- many finishing 30+ lenghts behind winner.

6 runners in class VB,  over a long distance trip many of whom have not attempted. 

3. Star Admiral. The Response.

Tropicana won maidens race with same rider who wins 1-2 races in a season  Has fair claims , had lost earlier to Forty Niner  which has not been active & now gets a juvenile rider.

Shortlisted horses are there by default & hopefully both should finish in top 3.

4. Only You. Douglas.

Prague is a maiden , sparingly raced. Unreliable stable. As a fancied runner high risk

Silvarius has seen better class - trip may be short for comfort- top weight is another issue.

Two payout race. 

5. King Louis . Shamrock.

Fortunate , last 2 runs were bad - more to do with track conditions. Recent work is forward .  

KL won on debut in chennai , not extended in past 2 outings.  Last run was in June - a long break.  Since field is modest a definite chance.

Shamrock is the fancied runner with a good pedigree & winning form to back its claims. 

Last Wish once upon a time a rousing performer  looks like repair case finishing way down the field at Mys. Recent run may look good but horses which finished behind it were all pure junk.

Siege -  just a couple of runs. Trainer is known for Winning races on horses with modest pedigree. 

6. Fernet Branca.   Extra Ordinary.

7.  Urban Borbon.Always Happy. 

Splendid runs after a long break. Not sure if the Odds merit a win bet.

1-5 won in 2019. Last run failed favourite with PSC. Not sure how it can win. 

22 or 24 rest difficult . 

3rd 1 or 5. Odds at race time may be helpful.

4- 1 can win. 

Big race wide open. 

6th 3 & 4 jodi looks like. All horses in odds. That's surprising.  

Last 2 3 fight. 2 won in class VB.  So can lose.

Lot of money on dubious trainer pradeep & Jockey srinath. 3 each.  If odds low best to lay.

Dull card of 7 events. Won't miss much by skipping the races. Those looking to bet at short odds may fancy their luck. 

1.  The Strength. Smithsonian.

Guess these  are universal choices. 2 payout race as # 1 is withdrawn.

2. Ripple N Storm. Tiganello.

Most are non winners. 

Older horse Peluche was seen in class 2 , a repair case. Now conceding weight to younger horses in class 4.

3. Bold Act.  Ruling Dynasty.

Out of 5 in fray 2 are ridden by juvenile riders.

4. Only 4 in fray.

5. Feature event of the day.

Though V.Punch won in mysore beating fancied horses , do not expect the same here. That race was not truly run.

Mirra lost to older horse, tough to digest but it was Mysore.

Philosophy last 2 runs were poor , tactics different. Not sure what to expect.

In you we believe has a good chance to Finish in top 3.

6. Only 7 in fray.

Horses 1 & 2 are ridden by low profile work riders although Family retainer is available.

Promise Kept has not kept upto its name.

Trainer Ghatala has 2 runners in the fray and both are capable of doing well.

Ruling Goddess rated 65 is facing superior horses & low weights may not help.

Low class race to end the proceedings.

Mysore choices

 

1. Race for Maidens, tough to rule out any horse except for those ridden by junk riders.

Janeiro.  Serangoon & Golden Bird are capable of doing well. Win bets are best avoided in this race as potential can't be judged by track works or pedigree. 

2. Zero class race.

ButtonWood . Coorg General are tentative choices for Place only. Requires lots of guts to wager for Win only in class VB races.

3. Unimaginable. Spiritual Force.

Big field , difficult to back fancied runners.

4. D Don King. Super Sexy.

Those rated below 28 are best ignored.  Big field safe to ignore those with negative equipment.  By default these 2 appeal.

5. Rhythmic. Everly.

5 year old & above have no realistic chance to Win or Place.  Negative Equipment are ignored for obvious reasons.

Sir Calculus has been consistent may at best place.

Class VB race 13 out of 15 horses are sporting A shoes in race 2.

Class 2 race with 15 runners here , 7 have opted for Steel Shoes. That's Mysore.

6. Trust Bond. Aberlour.

Low rated horses and those with top handicap are ignored. 

7. Melanie.  Braxton.

Younger horses get preference. .

Fair chance for both to do well in this competitive race.

4-4 possible. 41 impossible.  

5-7 yet to even place. So worth laying.

7th below 56 rated win difficult. So 1-7 anyone can Win except 3.

1. Hugh Capet , 3 year old colt has a fair chance to beat 4 year old filly Balsa .

Last run of Desert Sultan was very poor. Guess it performs well only when booster dose is given by trainer. Precious Gift may place - rider Capability is unknown.

2. Hunting Don & NRI Double Power havr credentials  to perform well in this race for 2 year old debutants.

3. Candy Girl has better credentials than Sweet Dancer.

Miss Marvellous can Place as it has seen better class. Distance looks sharp though.

4. Carlisle and Bugsy seem the probable contenders for top spot as Briar Ridge is out handicapped .

Show Me Your Walk recent form is poor. Juvenile rider declared.  Rest are here - there types with no consistency.

5. Unmatched has come down a lot after several dubious runs in Monsoon. Recent run was forward. Should place can win.

Mr Perfect is the younger horse which will be fancied. Drawn 13 , hence avoidable.

Cabello is speedy and can place.

Laurus has no claims for Win. Can't back a horse just because AK is riding.

Flaming Falcon finished 4th recently in maiden race for 3 year olds. Place possibilities. 

6. Horses 2345678 were all prominent in race won by Ballerina. It was a Close finish . There is possibility of reversal in position due to change in riders -draw-tactics. 

Bedford can at best finish 3rd. Able Love is facing tougher opposition. 

7. Miranda , Shazan & Makhtoob look berter than rest.

1-6 won with allowance rider - 54.50 less 5 kgs -  today with penalty - 59.50 - trainer opts for full rider. I would rule it out . Rest anyone . 

2-4 Probably if 2-1 rider is unable to do justice. 

3-3 no comments required. 

4-5 to me is not possible . 

5-1 5-2. Jodi. 

6th odds not clear. 345 anyone .

7-3 no comments. 

8-1 only threat to 8-4 low price. 

9th fav #4 can lose. 

10th -2 subject to rider Capability can win. Rider on 5 - performance on  2-1 can be used as reference.

Long card , punters may think it is easy to make tonnes of money playing on-money favorites 🙂.

1. A race in lowest class.  No FIRM favorites as is the norm.  There will be 4-5 contenders each having claims based on its recent performance. Going to be tough to back any horse confidently  for WIN.

Multiencrypted & Charming Star do have claims for PLACE.

2. Genuine class 1 race. Not much is known about the rider on Northern Lights. Result will depend on his judgement on the tracks. Multiple entries visible.  

Kamaria  & Caprisca have least chance to figure in top 2.

So rest 4 have a chance. Being 2 payout race even Odds may not be useful to decide as shorter the Odds greater the risk. Low odds for win or place does not indicate certainty. It is a temptation to lose by betting on wrong horse. 

3.  A race for 2 year old maidens.

Pedigree of Trainer - Jockey or Horse ?

Usually most of the horses show decent tracks .

Waikiki & MI Arion may perform well. Not sure if Place odds merit a bet. 

4. Horses 1 & 4 have lost form. Tough to consider though there is possibility of  Gazino doing well as it faces lower rated horses. Demoted from class 1 where as lowest rated horse is from class 3.

Mozelle is the younger horse with advantage of low weights but is lowest rated and carries high risk since it has not raced tough opponents since making debut.

Horses 2 & 3 have some claims based on recent efforts. 

With 2 payouts , this race is a bit tricky to bet.

5. Coeur De Lion has raced with classic contenders  , younger horse which can perform well due to -5  kg allowance rider.

AAH Bella has seen better opposition though it has not WON a single race & yet rated 54. 

By default Zarak has claims to finish in top 2 as horses 3 & 5 are inconsistent.

With just 5 in fray & probably only 3 in contention for top 2 spots , decision to wager at low odds is left to punter.

6. Just 6 horses in the sprint million.

Ashwa Bravo has lost form.  Horses 2345 are contenders . 2 are from same owner. Fast rain has scope to do well being younger horse.

Not sure who will cut the pace , which will ultimately decide outcome.  2 payouts only. Easy to pick 😶

7.With the withdrawl of one horse  , field reduced to 7 , which is a advantage to the book makers.  Race for 2 year old juveniles a couple of whom have debuted earlier.

Pedigree wise EATON Square has no opposition. But finally the horse has to prove its mettle on the race tracks. Probably low odds favorite.

Nirvana & She's a Teaser are showing some good tracks.

8. Big race of the DAY.

Horses rated below 40 have no chance as everyone knows. Hence 3567 are ruled out. Thunberg just about managed to win a maiden race but subsequently lost in class 4 to older horse 

Hence universal choices are Kings Ransom , Dangerous & Faith.

Punters have to keep Faith in their selections & bet for Win which is dangerous as 2/3 are from same trainer. 

Place odds is not worth wagering. 

9. Zero class race.

If recent form is criteria then -

Daulat Mai - Esfir & Intense Belief are contenders. But do remember  prior to recent run Daulat Mai had performed miserably losing by 20+lenghts many times.

Esfir carries penalty.

Intense Belief has let down whenever backed.

Caprifla was fancied a couple of times but failed. Spiritual Rock entrusted to work rider for odds . Midas Touch highest rated has Won earlier in same class

10. Dilbar - Stars for You - Trinklet are superior than the rest.  Rest depends on the Odds & confidence on respective riders .

1. As usual first race for horses in lowest class where form is invisible as all are non winners. Fortunately only 8 in fray so easy to ignore few horses & then look for options.

# 2 - 5 - 6 - 7 are ignored.

Rest 4 are open for consideration.

2.  Another race in lowest class. Can consider those who have won earlier & subsequently not performed well for whatever reasons.

Aliza. Astronaut.

3. Race for Non Winners.  

Bien Pensant.  Varenna look bettee than rest.

4. Class 4 race. Majority are fit to run in class vb. Some have just won in lowest class.

Angelita is a demotee. Reigning Queen has winning form. Spectacular Cruise last won a race in July 2021 , only win till date.

5. Race for Maidens.

Clefairy & Wandering Warrior probably will find it easy to finish in top 3.

6. Though Lagos & Corfu Castle are far superior as visible by ratings it may be difficult for them to WIN as they are conceding weight.

Younger legs & low weights may help Stars Above & Step to Destiny. 

Older horses are pretty inconsistent.

Sociable makes late debut , a risky bet.

Best performed horse is Chul Bul Rani but owner uses low profile riders to strike at good odds.  Age - weights are to be factored.

3. Race for 2 year olds making debut.

# 5 & 7 are inter linked. 

Horses 1 & 4 don't appeal due to pedigree & stable.

Clifford - In Thy Light - Aralina are all capable of doing well.  Win or Place depends on the Odds on offer.

4. Yukan runs after 3 months & post penalty looks difficult for Win. 

Extra ordinary is a decent performer but rider Capability is unknown.

Eternal Princess is well bred , has a fair chance in modest company.  Only negative is it has Won only once earlier.

SkyFire recent wins were at Mysore.  Prior to that was racing in class 5 in blr.

Anakin has a good chance to Place.

5. Dragons Gold expensive failure as favorite in July 2022.

Muirfield dubious run in mysore as Favorite.  Has a good rider here.

Sea Blush class 5 winner @ Mysore.

Augusto has changed stables.  Raced with better types . Place hopeful.

6. Whips not allowed .

Montelena & Castaneda may find a place in top 3.

Super Kind is class 5 winner not raced since july.

Kings Speech probably the best horse but intent will be knows only at race time. A reject horse from top stables. Owner always engages low profile riders to land gambles.

7. Kulsum & Roman Power have better credentials than the rest of the 3 year olds. 

Twilight Tornado has been pretty consistent & should Place.

Don't get trapped by low odds or by rider engagements.  Look for value bets or skip. Race card looks dicey

1. On current form & saddle support 

Vijaya Surabhi and Diva In Gold are likely to dominate the finish.

This being a class VB race best to skip if odds are low for comfort.  So Far & Scarlet Princess are contenders for Place. 

2. NRI Plan & Percivale are capable of finishing in top 3.

3. Come Alive - Romantic Heart.

Low class race.

4. Lucky One -  Lucky Sun.

Going by the names , hoping they prove lucky for punters.

This is a tough race to solve.

6. Brumhild & Eddie the Eagle.

Big field 15 runners , Those rated below 70 may find it tough to Win .

 A long card of 9 races. Can expect a few upsets as is the norm.

1. Inside Story. Aliza.

A low class event where most runners have no visible form. On past glory these 2 appeal. Fatuma is the obvious choice but unreliable .

2. Precious Gift. Flaming Falcon.

Race for Maidens , tough to justify any bet as horses have not WON since making debut. Fortunately 1 horse will shed the maiden Tag today.

3. Exclusive Luck. Path of Peace.

Another maiden race but over mile trip. This race is best avoided as 2 trainers have given 5 entries out of the 7 participating. A 2 payout race.

4. Ikea. Lights On.

This is another maiden race but for Junk Horses in class VB. Can't get worse than this. Selecting best of worst.

5. Briar Ridge. Life's Song. 

Universal choices.  Those rated below 54 have least chance to Win.

Miss Little Angel needs a few more runs & probably 1400 to Win again. 

6. Stoic Hero. Double Bonanza.

This is division 2 of the race for maidens over 1200.  Without doubt Avancia is the best. But being maiden & a filly conceding top weight & at low odds foolish to bet. Either skip this race or look at Place bets. 

7. City of Bliss. Ambitious Star.

Horses 6-8 may find it tough to Win. At best 1 of them , Top Diamond may Place.

Bugsy & Maximum Glamour have lost form & been tried over various distances . Trainers hoping it will click one day.

8. Char EK Char. Coming Home.

If Favorite which is a demotee fails then race is wide open as there is no worthwhile form to back claims of most runners. Most are inconsistent & few are running after a long break.

9. Raniji. Deccan Ranger.

Maiden race for Junk Horses.  Best part is none of horses have even Placed in the past 5 outings. Most are repair cases and Unplaced since debut. 

JP options are 

1 4 -  1 6 - 1 5 - 1 - 7.

As most events - 6out of 9 being maidens or low class events are unpredictable , Top Rated horses for whatever reasons may do well compared to those who run with advantage of low weights.

Mumbai - Hyderabad - Races

 

1.  A long distance race in class 3 to begin with . 3  / 7 in fray comes from notorious RHS stables.  Horses 3 & 5 may struggle. Yesterday has been running well over longer trips but in class 4.  Pull in weights will help. 

The younger horses which raced in classics will be market fancies. Difficult to choose between them as both are fillies and have decent saddle support & both concede weight to experienced opponents. 

Those ready to risk can opt for Place bet on late finisher Just Incredible or front runner Yesterday .

Win bets on top 2 horses have greater risk as it could go either way , not recommended even if Trainer Jockey Stable Staff are suggesting as Good bet.

Or just skip the race.

2. A race for 2 year old debutants . Pedigree & Jockey declarations are of no use. Juveniles need to jump out well from gates. A few are not active in tracks.

Flashing Memories & Bold  Beauty are my picks. Worth considering at Longer Odds.

3. A Memorial cup in class 3 over sprint trip.

Malaala  & Dynanoosh have fair chance to finish in top 3. Last run of Dynanoosh was not as per merit.

Ayr has lost form. Exotic Dancer fit for 1100.  Horses 5-6-9-10-11 are running over wrong distance or not competent to win in this class.

Nugget last ran in August 22. Long break unexplained.  Younger horse with pull in weights. Tough to decide .

Kancha on expected lines will be fancied for Win. 

4. A class 4 race over sprint distance. 

Barnet racing over 1200 is 🙄

Thanks , last run was in 2021. Whether it wins or not , foolish to consider a bet .

Horses 7 to 11 are no hopers. 

2-4-5-6 are contenders by default .

Rider on 6 is weak. 

5. Another race for 2 year old debutants but only 7 participating.

Commanding Knight & High Command are capable of doing well on debut. Rest depends on odds & race time pointers.

6. Class 4 race over mile trip. 

The horses which raced in class V until recently can be avoided.  

Bangor on Dee is a younger horse demoted from class 3.  Runs over right trip but negative equipment. 

Hoping Cloud & Alphine Girl are default choices.

7. Feature event of the day.

Out of 6 , Three are rated below 50.  Not that they can't do well but lack of big race experience may hamper its progress. 

Elusive has won both starts and rating is low as it is sparingly raced. Can at best finish 2nd.

Ballerina is highest rated but Distance suitability is a ??? Fit for 1200-1400. A mile trip may stretch its capability.

Artemis Ignacia looks like the horse to beat based on past performance in classics.

Tiger Mountain past 2 runs were really good.  Tracks are decent. 

8. Div 2 of class 4 race. 

Divine Connection & Bellagio are contenders for top spot. 

Crimson Rose may have to settle for Place only.

Have a look and then decide if a visit to the club is necessary. 

1.  Race in lowest class for Junk Horses. No certainty on anyone of them . High risk bets hence no point in wagering below 2-1 for Place. 8 out of 12 Horses may be above 1.50 for place going by the quality of horses in fray.

2. Though classified as class 4 race this is as good as class VB as predominately most are non performers in past 3-4 outings. Choice of riders indicate intent to deceive. This race is a lottery as anyone can Win - No merit just luck.

Flying Quest & Debonair can be considered for Place if Odds are reasonable.  

3. Two payout in race for Two year old's.

Tough to digest -  trainer Mohammed Khan having 2 entries in 7 horse race 😀

No point betting on Universal Choice # 7 , on which there is lots of hype.

Double Scotch & Knotty Challenger for place.

4. Class 4 race. Most are non winners despite impressive pedigree.

Nikolina has raced with better types & has Won but runs after 4 months. As a fancied runner conceding weight carries more risk than others.

 Tough to even guess which horses can feature in top 3.

5.  A class 3 race where except Moons Blessings rest are all inconsistent , few not seen on tracks few running after long break.  Favorite at low odds probably with a not so experienced rider.

6. A competitive race in class 2.

Knight in Hooves highest rated but choice of rider is ??

Probably since family owned Star Glory in fray.

Unyielding has impressive record. Should place. 

Aztec Queen has raced with quality opposition. A fair chance to Place. 

De Villiers runs without hope. Kensington Court barely managed to Win in previous start. Now running  after 4 months.  Not worth risking Win bet. 

Star Glory the younger horse which is also a front running type. At low weights capable of doing well. Place looks good.

7. Horses rated below 35 have least chance. Couple of repair cases shifted to junk trainers.

 Logical choices are Twilight Tornado & Aquila. Guess place odds on these won't fetch much.

8.  Multiple contenders on known form. 

Cool Rider runs after 14 months. 

Win my love -  rider is forever at -4 allowance. 

Three Aces comes from gambling stables look for race time pointers.

Younger horses have greater credibility over this trip. Those rated below 36 are non performers or from lower class.

4. This is the most competitive race of the day with as many as 7 horses having a chance. A few hace raced in classics - a few have come after facing better quality opposition in other centres. 

Logically younger horses have greater credibility but at times experience counts and can't ignore 4 year old's in fray.  Ratings are irrelavant.  Multiple entries from 3 trainers lead to confusion.

Golden Kingdom & Remedies of Spring are tentative choices. Loch Lomond is a good horse but will carry over weight.

5. Large field , multiple contenders. 

Golden Marina & Wind Symbol have fair chance to perform well.

6.  THREE Year old non performers in handicap event. Lot of weak jockeys  declared . Horses ridden by top riders can't be backed with confidence since horses have done nothing till date. 

7. Same as race 6 but horses here havr some form to back its claims.

Attenborough short priced favorite concedes weight over sharp trip. Not worth risking.

Zaneta , Timeless Romance & Little wonder are capable of doing well.

Big card of 9 races with large number of entries in few races due to new rules framed by club.  Many of them nohopers.  Change of tracks may help a few horses which could not Perform well on monsoon tracks.

1. Class 4 race where those rated below 26 have least chance.  Universal choices are 

La- Mirage , Ivanhoe & Clefairy.

No great value bets . As race starts early Best is to attend from 2nd race or just watch the performance for track bias if any.

2.  First race for 2 year old's.  A few are from new pedigree whose potential will be known after a few months. Gate manners are important as invariably , many trail the field.

Proud Mary & Voyager are tentative choices.

3. Zero class Junk race .

Probably Akash & Good Day May do well.

4. Miranda.  Beauty Flame.

414 has come down a lot in rating. Trainer horses were not performing in monsoon. Will strike some day at longer odds. Odds may give clear picture of its chances.

Just incredible has seen better opposition but may need more distance. DRD is fit for 6 furlongs .

5. Long distance race , younger horses may do well for obvious reasons though stamina is not proved .

Ashwa Raudee looks best from older horses.

Mysterious Angel & True Icon have better credentials than Pleroma.

6. Temptations. Bellagio. 

Rated below 34 are hopeless cases.

Above the law may struggle due to top weight. The Thunder can only hope to Place.  Shortlisted duo are Default choices .

7. Mr Perfect & Soorya Vahan are relatively better than rest. Rated below 30 are all hopeless cases. Angel Tesoro has come down a lot in rating & change of tracks will definitely help. Place possibilities.

Going by past form & the opposition faced , winner may be restricted to the shortlisted duo.

Makhtook looks out handicapped. Nightmare has a decent rider & can place.

Tough to look beyond these two.

Short compact season begins with 50% Night Racing to please Sponsors who have nothing to do with racing.   Food - Drinks - Entertainment to please the members not punters.

A handicap race for maidens to commence the proceedings. First 4 races are meant to please the bookies with just 2 payouts.

1. Universal choices being Inamorata & Pyrrhus. Take a call for Win or Place based on Odds on offer. Usually first race For any season goes the way of small time trainers but this could be exception.

2.  Class vs Handicap with limited runners. Not worth wagering .

3.  Emrys & Wall Street appeal due to pedigree & rating. Interconnected horses in fray - always scope for give & take. This Welcome Trophy should have been the first race of the Season.

4. Arcana looks best based on previous run. Soup & Sandwich is speedy & has worst possible Jockey, trainer could have utilised allowance rider . Rodrigo has services  top rider. Esperaza is 3 year old with decent record. Dash for cash race  best avoided unless confidence levels are high.

5. Fortunate Son has seen better class. Emperor Roderic is best bred.  Logically winner from this Jodi. Lagad runners are meant for Pune only . Front runners and  speedy will tire down in mumbai straight.

Kaitlan is contender for Place with My Princess.

Basically all 4 horses mentioned are the younger horses in fray. Universal choices. Betting option based on odds.

6. Class VB race meant for punters who follow pedigree 😁 where there is none. Races which are Money spinners for gambling trainers who manipulate form .

7. Pisa & Silver bells being top rated have credentials. Debutant rider seen on Pisa. Capabilities unknown. 

Jockey K.Bhagat is seen on many fancied runners for different trainers. Obvious can't Win all races.  Take call based on record on previous races.

Sensibility looks good for Place 

Ideally best to skip unless there is desperate urge to encash on day 1 thinking there is free money.

Those who are able to Place sucessful bets be it Win or Place should consider themselves very fortunate as odds are likely to be Good considering the huge entries in 7 out of 8 races.

1. Lowest class junk race.

Some have won in recent past - a few were seen in class 4 earlier - rest are forever in class VB.  Logic does not work in these type of races as merit is compromised. 

News Maker is expected to do well. Not sure if it will Win but place looks certain. Not worth betting at low odds for place.

Miss China has fair credentials to Place.

2. Another low class race with maximum entries over 1200 trip.

Here only roll of dice selection possible. Each can try with own dice 🤣. Mine resulted in 5 but as #5 is junk rider going with dtaw #5 which is Pininfarina.

3. This is class 4 race but as good as class 5 as except 3-4 rest are junk non performing horses.

Udukai is tentative choice as of now. Will consider only if horse is in odds . 

Say below 2.50 for place.

4.  Large number of entries luck of draw will determine outcome . 

Spiritual Force is my pick for Place.

5. Logically only 3  year olds can be considered.  Big field as usual.

Hence pick is - Braxton drawn # 13 .

1.  If weights / drop in distance are not an issue , Eco Friendly has the best credentials having raced with higher class horses in recent past.  Rest of the field are all absolute junk running in Zero Class aimlessly. Obvious repair cases lying with junk trainers. 

But at low odds , Eco Friendly does not merit a bet even if it a certainty. Max Muller & Activated are horses which can do well if there is flow of money at race time. Not that they are good , just that in low class races Gambles happen courtesy one Booster Dose on race day.

Tendency is to look for Blr horses but when they are without credentials there is scope for local horses to perform well.

Amongst the local contingent, Shivalik Emperor appeals for place.

Coming Sunday is the pune derby & on expected lines favorites took a back seat in almost all races Yesterday . The top 3 fancied horses failed miserably. It is very easy to suggest playing favorites . Those who backed them on Sunday will not have resources to attend races today. 😊.

Short compact card , here are my picks - look for value bets instead of Only WIN.

1. Resurgence. Wind Sprite .

Both have fair credentials based on recent efforts.

Acrobat & Desert Sultan will be in the odds for obvious reasons.   The latter has been given pathetic runs by junk riders , probably will do better today or in the Winter season if monsoon tracks are ineffective.

2. Humaitarian. Hugh Capet.  

Horses 1 & 2 are best ignored , having won earlier & conceding weight now. 

Humanitarian was fancied in previous run & can put on improved performance here.

Voice of a Dream failed favorite in terms race ,  now gets weight relief . Can upset.

3. Precious Gift.  Star Medal.

Ok Boss & Ivanhoe are overraced .  May do well but odds are not in favour & risks are high.

4. Bangor on Dee . City of Bliss.

Akhanda failed badly at short price.  Can definitely do well at these weights in the higher class with better rider. 

Kancha best some pretty ordinary horses in previous outing in class 4.

5. City of Blessing.  Arabian Queen.

Horses 2 & 3 are racing often for comfort . Looks tough for win based on handicap.

NRI sun has a decent rider & can place.

Arabian Queen will be fancied horse due to age & weights.

6. Reigning Queen. Ayur Tej.

1.  Hawk of the Wind has nothing to beat . Odds may be below 60/100 .

Sensibility has won a race at Hyd , form not translated at Pune.   Place odds will be low.

Rest are pure junk obvious best of worst will place .

Overall not bettable race be it Win or Place 

2.  Teresita has FAIR credentials to Win having beaten Alicia earlier at level weights over 2k distance . Owner colors are substantially the same.

Outcome is negotiable.

Hence this race is best avoided.

3. Tricky race  with horses  2-3-4-5 being contenders.  Best is to skip Win bets.

Place bets should depends on Odds as there is no point betting at low odds.

4. Divine thoughts is vastly superior to the rest but is racing after 6 months . Need to check the fitness. Same with Freedom.

Outlander won a low class event & can't be expected to Win here.

Tyrone Black is entrusted to a rookie & is capable of finishing in top 3.

6.  It's my Time won a class 4 Event & now being tried over extended distance + conceding weight to the entire field . Not sure if it will yield positive results though majority of opposition have been failing in lower class races.

Leto has won over 2k trip twice. The weights are an issue since it is a filly.  Can be Opposed for Win.

Rest are here - there types , anyone can suddenly shown improvement due to weight difference.

7. Class 4 race , big field. Few sprinters tried over extended unsuitable trip. Going to be difficult for Cognosco & Sandman to Win due to penalty .

Blazing Bay is a chance bet for Place.
