Most races look competitive. Following horses with Too much hype may lead to losses.

Class VB race . Most in fray are aged horses 

2. Zafferano - Matisse.

On current form looks like these 2 are the only contenders.

3. Gunfire - Phantom Strike.

Maidens race.   Uncertainty on debutants 

4. Harrison - Ekatarnia

Derby trip in class v.   Those rated below 30 have no realistic chance. A few have failed repeatedly 

5. Jade - Miss American Pie 

T & T - at low odds , risky proposition.

6. Whisper - Magical Moments

Fantastic Bloodlines - Champion Trainers - Big Owners -  Top Jockeys 

Ultimately class VB junk race. 😐 If any of the horses were so good , by now they would be in class 1.

1.  Blaze in Blue. Happy Morning .

Class v race with unusually large number of entries . Often they have 5-7 horses to restrict payouts. Tough to pick. 

BIB has raced only once and finished a decent fourth. So probably can do well unlike others who are forever in class VB racing twice a month.

HM - Horus the Great - Soul Acquarium are others who could do well if intent is visible. 

2. Silver Dream - Seona.

Only 4 in fray. Amongst the stable mates # 4 has a better pedigree.

Not a betting race for obvious reasons as top 2 riders are in fray 

3. Mi Arion - Zambezi.

Below 30 rated have no realistic chance to win or place.

4. Galway Girl - Cigar Galaxy.

Top 2 rated & bottom rated have no form to go by . Choice of riders indicate non jobber.

5. Karanveer - Zarak

Only 4 in fray.  Top rated has a work rider but horse has raced with far far superior opposition.  Hopefully will finish in top 2.

Ruling Star does not appeal , previous run was a winner under different trainer. Similar 4 horse race & was least fancied. Punters were taken for a ride as Longer odds obliged , shorter priced fav from same stable did not even place.

6. Duke of Tuscany - Casteel

Most of these were seen in race 53 which was over a mile trip. Mediocre riding led to unexpected result. With extended trip , better saddle support & change in handicap , one should expect a different result.

Cashius Gold is racing after a very long long period , change in name to mislead punters

Only 2 payouts , Trakila Dubai Princess -are also good but doubt they can win.  Place - betting  for low odds may be risky .

7. Jimmy Bee - Positivity

Top rated is trained by a junk trainer who has only rejects. Most are from family related stables. Can hope to place .

Keitaro may do well.

Mumbai races today

 

Most races are in lower class. Favorites obliged on Sunday and next race day is after a long break. Possibility of few upsets.

1. Ensky - Viennoise.

Class VB junk race with most in fray finishing way down the field. On past performance these 2 appeal. 

2. Marius -Abhyankar 

Class 4 race but almost all in the fray are rated below 30. Tough call 

Fancies runner # 1 has seen better opposition in all its previous runs. Hence can win. Rider not very reliable type

3. Caviar Queen - Shaandaar 

Maidens  hence Tricky . 

4. Dancing Cloud - El Moran

Dash for cash race. Horses Rated below 30 have least chance 

5. Allez L' Etoile - Nostalgia.

Multiple contenders. Ideally only place bets here as Win bets would be risky.

6. Chagall - Ardakan.

On ratings & form , there are only 2 genuine contenders. Those with low handicap are class 3 types whereas the top 2 are class 1 types 

7. Bishop - Miracle of Hanukah.

Limited options. 

8. She's My Gal - Lord Murphy.

Low grade event

1. Enforcer - Challenge Accepted

 

Last run of Bee Magical when it was a hot favorite was very very poor. Tough to consider here , however of the odds are liberal , no harm in taking a chance as form reversal is often seen.

 

From the rest these 2 appeal.  

 

 

 

2. Twist and Burn - Irish Gold

 

Most in fray have been competing against each other  . American Pie ran well in previous start but considering the relative handicap and the margin in which it beat the others in the fray , not worth wagering .

 Market King is due for retirement , has a reliable rider.  Can be considered if in the odds

 

 

3. Kimiko - Black Thunder

 

Exuma is hopelessly out of form

Kimiko may relish the distance , rider capabilities to be factored. at longer odds worth taking a chance

 Supreme Princess has often failed , though last run was noteworthy. Part owner is deceased.  

 Break Point has not done the trip , may struggle

 

BT is at low handicap and can surprise

 

 

4. Highland Spirit - Turbulent

 

Juveniles making debut  , most are well bred and tracking well.

Gun Fire and Blue Jet are from common connections.  

 

 

 5. Antino - Lorenzo

 

Maidens , with a few having raced earlier. Fancied runners are best avoided in these types of races due to the uncertainty factor 

 Shortlisted duo are bred well , decent tracks

Very competitive race card & hence healthy odds can be expected

 

1. Treat - Emperor Roderic

On relative handicap Treat looks better than Break Point . Miracle of Hanukah is a good horse but lost in class 4. Can hope to fare well here but with Trevor in saddle tough to take a call.

ER has seen better days and its previous run was positive. Concedes Weight  to younger horses , a small punt for place can be considered due to ODDS factor. Two payout event

Fortunate Son gets a proper rider after innumerable rides by mediocre riders. Not the ideal race to wager as 4-5 horses are all capable of doing well.

 

 

2. El Greco - Chagall

Same connections. So unless necessary this race can also be skipped . One can always play the horse with higher odds. Less investment more dividend if it clicks

 

 

3. Big Bay -  Esperanza

 

Social Butterfly is speedy and at tidy handicap.No certainty as it faces experienced rivals.

 

 

4. El Moran - Medusa

Low grade race with many non performers at low ratings. 

 Skandha as favorite does not appeal

 

 

5. Puccini - Starlight  Serenade

Almost all have competed against each other , placings may change as A few were running green / got interfered . The winners may carry more credibility but picking one of the 4 previous winners is tricky and Tough to decide as pedigree of most runners is good. 

Nebula is not a certainty has lost to Starlight earlier. Elevate lost to Nebula but won impressively recently. Puccini was interfered by Lady Scarlet . So relative merit can't be decided on basis of 1 prior run.

 

6. Zacharias - Gun Smoke

Baychimo came from a impossible position to win in the 2k Guineas. Obviously extended distance will suit. 

Zachararias has done well when ridden by Vivek. Stupid to bring in a foreign jockey when it lost to Baychimo . Many a time saddle support decides outcome. Worth taking  a chance.

 

 

7. Fynbos - Ravishing Beauty

Proven classic winners unlike Namiri which is class 4 winner which did well in 2k Guineas but faces superior company here.  Runs over extended trip , capabilities unknown as sibling raced over shorter trips - max was mile trip

Low grade race in class 4.  Performance of many in fray depends on Jockey capabilities. There are 5 allowance riders. Hoping they are upto the task. 

Spotlight raced only once and at age 5 is appearing in 2nd outing. Obviously a repair case. May to well but short odds probably 

Manor House has raced with better types but top weight - rider not reliable.

2. Doron - Diego Garcia

Class 4 - many are non winners. Long distance trip often leads to surprises.

3. Tyrannus - Star Impact.

First named looks the best. Rest depends on the odds .

Axlrod and Star Impact are both capable of finishing in top 3.

4. Mystica - Victory Fair 

Maidens - Juveniles. Shortlisted duo have best credentials based on pedigree and debut performance 

6. Escape Velocity - Chelsea.

Big field. Tough to pick Winner. Hence place bets at Reasonable odds are the best option. 

7. House of Lords - Rafael

Same as previous race . Big field. Luck of draw may decide outcome as this is dash for cash race
