Horses 1-4 are also good since they have done well in recent past. Choices more to do with handicap & odds

It would be extremely foolish to bet at low odds even if horse is shortlisted

Odds in first 3 races does not merit individual WIN  bet. If confident that all 3 will win ,

better to give a roll bet. Atleast the cumulative dividend may be reasonable.

4-6 win  would be a surprise as it is lower class horse.

5th odds are open. 

6-6 can be layed. Rarely did well in class 4  over past 3 years .

8th looks fake odds.

Based on its previous run in superior field , Amped has best chance to succeed. Rest depends on how well the filly can perform conceding weight & The Odds

Verdandi may relish the distance & low weights may enable a Place spot.

Nothing much to beat for Highest rated horse in this low class race.

3. Only 5 in fray. Easy to guess odds , thereby qualifying for a break.

A few are coming from from lower class . Tough to keep pace with higher raced class 1 horses . 

Endeavour has been very consistent except for last 2 runs. Stripped fitter facing modest opposition, should be able to win.

Mystic Bay can sneak in for place.

Race for maidens.  Race time pointers may help as it's tough to go by past performance as most have not fared well.

6. Cipher.  Sufiyah.

Horses 789 have no chance.  

S.Master ,  previous 2 runs with work jockey.  Raced with superior horses in Mumbai. Rider capabilities & odds need to be factored.

Gutsy Girl may find trip sharp.

7 . Anoushka . The Flutist.

Horses 7-11 are best ignored .

MITW is slow starter.  Longer straight Mumbai tracks may have helped.

8. Tyrone black.  Sky Hawk .

Limited options as only top 3 fancied runners - 1 3 5 - have realistic chance of Winning. Younger horse has better credentials .

Drab card framed though racing was delayed by a month. Not worth attending considering number of races & runners participating. 

5 month break , fitness of most horses is unknown. Lots of outstation riders are seen , not sure if the owners can recover cost of engaging such riders considering stake money offered.

Foolish to bet on favorites.  Do look at odds & wager be it win or place.

Based on previous run these 2 appeal .  Malibu may struggle .

3. Stags Leap.  Best Buddy.

BB is the best but runs after a very long layoff. Obviously some issues on fitness. If FIT can do well.

Stags Leap is well bred horse , has good form.  Can Win.

Pleroma at best a place possibility.

4. NRI Infinity. Icicle.

Based on previous run , Ashwa Raudee may find support. Top weight horses are risky to bet when fancied. 

6. Dream Station. Blast in class.

DS has best chance to clear its maiden status. Has raced with superior horses in past 3 seasons.

1. Sekhmet. Eco-friendly.

Mile race for junk horses. 

Why look for merit in horses which are rated below 25 . Invariably at race time some horse will get backed & Win.

Last day in current season , Riders who have nil record for ages may get to place.

2. Embosom.  Top Dancer.

Lot of Junk seen in this race too. 

#1 - MOT like looks the best. Only negative is the weight it is conceding to other 4 year olds. Very rarely a filly Wins at top handicap . Previous runs were definitely with superior opposition.  May place.

Top Dancer is active in tracks.  Won on  debut but subsequent runs were dismal.

Augusto , unreliable stables. Place looks good.

3. Prime Abbess. Silver Swift.

Lot of horses in fray are running over shorter trip now. Past runs may not be an indicator. Horses 578 are pure junk with no performance whatsoever.

Rest come into contention. 

4. Stormy Ocean. Shamrock.

There was no need for majority of Trainers to give entries in this race knowing fully well that their horses have zero chance to even place.  That too maidens over mile trip.

Both shortlisted horses are universal choices. 2nd named may be On-money.

3 outstation horses from Kol based trainers.   

Last run of Trafalgar was in sept 21 in Chennai. Jake last ran in March 22.  Apsara star in May 22.  Blr racing season has officially ended. 3 months these horses did not race  , now trainers in their wisdom trying to win stake money ??

Bellator has lost form completely. Last run of - TSO was bogus. Not sure what to expect in this race.

6. Mystic Eye.  Garamound.

Star Glory win looks very tough  . Since debut it has been running at 55-56 kgs. Now 62 kgs.  Place itself will be bonus. 

M.Eye- last run mediocre rider could not do justice. Has a fair chance here.

Garamound may prefer 1400 but when field is ordinary can come from way off the pace too. 

Yukan - younger horse , unreliable stables.

7. Winmylove. Star Domination. Memoriter.

All these horses are capable.

1. Southern Aristocrat.  Fierce Fighter.

Low class race & End of season .  Nothing certain. Fancied horses best avoided. Most are repair cases running often. Someday it may do well. 

2. Benediction. Altair.

Not many in fray have current form to justify a bet.  Belvedere has a fair chance to Place.

3. Splendido. Holy Wish.

First named looks good on pedigree. Last run tracks not suitable. None of the horses from stable placed during derby weekend though many were fancied for WIN.

Siege Courageous is well bred & has services of ace rider. Win looks difficult on debut.

Storm Watch did well in previous outing. Can hope to place. Inconsistent stable. Not worth wagering at low odds.

4. Douglas. Peyo.

Most in fray are aged & fared poorly in recent outings. 

Peyo won under low profile rider at longer odds after a poor run.Those who missed it last time should not try now , post penalty at low odds.

Douglas long break , better bred than Peyo , lower weights. If FIT capable to beat fancied runner. Has changed stables .

Millbrook at low weights has scope to finish 2nd. Only 2 payouts in this race.

5. Domingo.  Rubirosa.

Race for maidens.  Fancied runner has best credentials.

Rubirosa fared poorly at Chennai.  May place at decent odds. 

Kulsum & Angel Bliss - not worth a wager for Place at low odds.

6. Star Comet. Tranquilo.

Obviously only 3 year old's can Win.

Hoping these 2 fare well. La Reina came up well in prev start. A maiden hence not worth a wager.

7. Mark One. Divine Blessings.

Preference for younger horses in fray.

Flying Quest has a dubious rider. Can sneak in for place.

8. Speed Seven.  Southern Warrior.

Class VB.

Able One - rider is mediocre. Was in Kolkata for a long period without much success.

Lowest class race.  Fancied runners which are seen after a long break at best avoided due to inherent risks associated. Best is to skip or take a small chance on Shortlisted horses.

2. Montgomery. Lady Cadet.

Those who have raced before have performed poorly but for favorite which may run at Short Price. Obviously foolish to bet at low odds. Hence bets if any will be for Place only.

Lady Cadet & Starry Spirit are capable of doing well on debut.

3. Most competitive race of the day as Horses 1246789 are all having claims to do well. Probably those who raced recently can do better than others as Fitness is established. With dual entries & inter linked horses tough to decide without knowing odds. Win bet is avoidable . Place bet can be considered based on Odds on offer.

4. Petronia.  Kinnara 

Lots of horses in fray were seen in Hyd / Chennai / Blr . Trip may seem sharp for a few . Default choices 

5. Kaitlan. Golden Lioness.

Universal choices nothing to add. This is maidens race , those making debut are ignored .

6. Feature event on I Day invariably some long shot will be in limelight.  Many horses are maidens & untested over this trip.

SkyStorm & Kamaria are proven stayers and logical choices.

7. Esperenza. Magileto.

Dash for cash race with 14 in fray. A nightmare due to traffic issues.

8. Myrcella. Intense Belief 

Hot favorite in VB race over minimum trip is best avoided.

Race in lowest class . Beemer has definitely seen better days & is the best performed horse in fray. But that's over shorter trips. Over a mile , top weight , probably as favorite not worth a punt 

Lagad horses when fancied are best avoided. In any case POT has least chance post penalty. Regal Prince no clue of tactics this time around.

2. Arc De Triomphe.  Bold Legend

Except Successor rest are all capable.

Kamihah runs after a long break , was active in Kolkata where the competition is inferior. May need this run 

The Bawaji has credentials based on blr form. Mumbai straight would have helped. At Pune may falter.

3. Excelerator. Cellini.

Both are speedy enough to create a flutter.

Obvious Superlative the younger horse is good but has not raced in western India.

Monarchy was given a bad ride last time. Could place 

4. Thunberg  . Fiery Red.

Hopefully race between this Jodi only.

FR ran recently & hence no doubts on fitness.

Thunberg has raced in superior bunch but running after 5 months . Need to confirm Horse weight & whether odds justify a win bet.

It's My Time & Fortunate Son are contenders for balance 1 spot.

5. Lit.  Aegon.

Dash for cash race. Jockeys Association Trophy.

Current form of Yash Narredu & Strike rate of Mallesh Narredu are both pathetic. Hence ignored The Awakening.

6.   Feature event of the day 

Iron Age & Endeavour come from same stable.  Fair chance for both .

Ascoval is very speedy but first trip to Pune.

Joaquin has been doing well. 

Enignma top rated concedes weight. I would keep away.  Can LOSE.

The Protector lost in a lower grade race recently but at low weights could sneak in for place.

7. Majestic Warrior .Blazing Bay. 

Whips not allowed.

Open looking race.  Betting on favorite is avoidable.

MP is demoted comes from Malakpet has good initial speed.  Decent rider. Poor opposition.

Spiritual Force - rider does well for these owners. Horse top has been consistent.

3. Tremendous - only place.

Aged horse , difficult to bet with confidence for Win. A demoted horse which has raced with better opposition earlier. Entrusted to a rider whose recent record is favourable.

Riders on 2368 are junk.  

4. Rhythmic or Eddie the Eagle

No WHIP Race.

Hence only allowance riders can be opted for. Both horses are speedy . But 15 runners in fray. Could face traffic problems. Hence best to avoid WIN bets due to risk factor.

5. Forseti Win or Wonderful Place

Horses 345 are there for numbers. 

Rapidus beat horses which were unplaced subsequently.

Still i Rise - place odds will not be available. Win looks a bit difficult.

6. Mountain Lion - Win.

Fair chance . If Odds are not reasonable  best to skip.

Brunhild faces stiffer opposition.

A place bet on Aberlour may be considered. Low investment higher returns.

7. Mystic Mountain.

Horses 1 & 2 won impressively. On top handicap with inferior pedigree can't consider for Win.

Whiskey Sour has a proper rider. Nothing much known about Trainer Credentials. Horse did well in previous outing. Has low weights. Place probably.

Selection horse is best on pedigree but a repair case obviously as it is running in b class centre in class 4.  Bet if any is for the rider.
